Bay Rat Charters is owned and Operated by Captain Sean Stalteri. Sean is a USCG 100 Ton licensed captain as well as a New York State Licensed Guide. When he’s not running charters you can find him managing Ted’s Fishing Station. His First Mate is Whaler a 4 year old Golden retriever, who is obsessed with fishing and all things boats.
